Orders of products On Hand take 2-4 business days to process before they are shipped from our warehouse in upstate New York.

Returns can be made within 30 days of the order delivery date for refunds to process to the original form of payment.

  • Return shipping is deducted from the refund amount or you pay the difference through an invoice
