Sizes are designed to fit the following male classic physique competitor measurements. Our sizes are based on actual waist measurements and not popular waist "sizes." The waistband is stretchy so there is a size RANGE.

How to measure: Measure right at your natural waistline, around the top of your waistband - place the tape measure about where you would wear a belt, as shown below. Stand relaxed, don't suck in or vacuum.

Note: These are meant to fit snug! If in between sizes, round up. Unless you've still got some time left in your prep to lose/cut more weight.

The Buffery® Classic Physique Briefs are professional-grade competition speedos re-engineered to follow the iliac furrows (Adonis belt) for the most modern and flattering fit. You can have any color you want, as long as it's black (noir)! (Division rules stipulate black is the only color allowed for Classic.) However, we do have either a shiny version (more of a sheen) and a matte version of fabric.
