Size Chart-Shirts
Note: Buffery® Flex Uniforms™ are designed for the muscular physique with a waist measurement at least 10 inches smaller than the chest measurement.
- Determine your chest measurement
- Decide how snug you want your shirt:
- For a "compression" look, go a size down (most common)
- For a more relaxed look, go a size up
How to measure:
- Standing relaxed, level the tape measure under the armpits at the widest lats and fullest part of your pecs, typically just above the nipples, for your chest size.
- Find your navel measurement by standing relaxed (don't suck in or vacuum) and level the tape measure around your midsection at the navel, as shown.
- Fit to your chest size first. For a more relaxed fit, choose a larger size.
Sizes are designed to fit the following male bodybuilder measurements:
