This is a STRETCHY shirt and very forgiving. The question is: how form-fitting do you want it to be? Most guys like their muscles to be bulging a bit so they go a size or two down from their Buffery suit size, which is their chest measurement.
The Buffery Flex Shirts are machine washable! Set your washer to Cold Water and Delicate and use a mild detergent, but no bleach or fabric softener. Lay flat to air dry. And don't worry about the collar stays - they're sewn in so you won't lose them!
Neck size is irrelevant. Most guys wear the collar open with a button or two undone. And if you do need to wear a necktie, the tie will hold the collar closed in the unlikely event the collar is too small to button around your neck.
The sleeves are tapered and the cuff has two size options. You can roll the sleeves up or adjust the sleeve length by sliding it up or down your arm.
