If you're going to a wedding, going to meet with investors to open your own gym, or want to dress up for a nice date - all without ripping or sweating through your clothes - this is the foundation piece to build a variety of workwear looks.
The cornerstone of our collection is a pared down 2-button notch lapel jacket - we've taken out the extra, baggy fabric around the waist (thus, highlighting your V-taper) and we've removed much of the bulky, binding and restrictive interior components, leaving only the necessary parts (like a bit of our signature red, white, and blue lining) to make a sharp, respectable suit coat.
Featuring our Second Skin silhouette the Sharp Suit Coat has no shoulder padding making it BYOD- "Bring your own delts!" It is expertly crafted in the United States to contour around and accentuate your muscles without squishing them flat using our V-Core Fit sizing system. There's also extra room built in at the top for large traps, the hallmark of a well-developed physique. The sleeves are roomy above the elbow and taper to the wrist.
Our special American-made Velare-CoreTech™ knit fabric breathes, moves and flexes, and is wrinkle resistant (just hang it to release any wrinkles). It's a versatile and classic style that works with matching Flex Slacks for a complete suit, or as a foundation piece for other looks. It's a timeless piece that feels like it's part of this century, not the last.
Note: While bodybuilders just love Noir (black) sometimes that can be more a formal look than you might want. Therefore, if this is your first suit coat, get it in Midnight (a rich dark navy blue) or even Slate (our dark gray) - it'll go with just about everything while being formal enough for weddings!
